●Alloy 1200 chemical composition:

Aluminum Al: 99.00
Copper Cu: ≤0.05
Zinc Zn: ≤0.10
Manganese Mn: ≤0.05
Titanium Ti: ≤0.05
Iron+silicon Fe+Si: 0.000~1.000
Note: single: ≤0.05; total: ≤0.15

●Mechanical properties:

Tensile strength σb (MPa): 75~105
Elongation δ10 (%): ≥22
Elongation δ5 (%): ≥25

●Characteristics and scope of application:

Aluminum alloy 1200 is industrial pure aluminum with high plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, but
Low strength, heat treatment can not strengthen, poor machinability; gas welding, hydrogen atom welding and contact welding, not easy
Brazing; easy to withstand various pressure processing and extension, bending.

●Heat treatment specifications:

1) Rapid annealing: heating temperature is 350-410°C; depending on the effective thickness of the material, the holding time is
Between 30 and 120 minutes; air or water cooling.
2) High temperature annealing: heating temperature 350~500℃; when the thickness of the finished product is ≥6mm, the holding time is 10~
30min, <6mm, until it is heated through; air cooling.
3) Low-temperature annealing: heating temperature 150-250°C; holding time 2-3 hours; air or water cooling.
